Client Responsibility Agreement

Energy healing is a process intended to bring issues to the surface and create transformation in one’s life. As part of this process, you may experience various physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual phenomena, which could include but are not limited to:

  • Alleviation of physical, mental, and emotional issues,

  • Deep mystical experiences and life-changing realizations,

  • Freedom from self-limiting habitual patterns.

However, as suppressed emotions, thoughts, or patterns of tension come to the surface, you may also experience a range of symptoms. These could include physical, energetic, mental, or emotional reactions that may require conscious attention and acceptance for healing to occur. This is a natural part of the healing process.

By attending a session, group healing, or workshop with Mike Dow (Michael Dow) and Presence Energy Healing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Personal Responsibility:
    You understand that Mike Dow is not responsible for any individual symptoms that may arise as a result of receiving a session or attending a workshop. You agree to take personal responsibility for your healing process and to seek medical treatment if needed.

  2. Non-Medical Services:
    Mike Dow is neither a medical professional nor a psychotherapist. Any comments on the nature of energetics or consciousness in relation to health are not medical or psychological advice. Energy healing sessions and workshops offered by Presence Energy Healing are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

  3. Not a Substitute for Medical Care:
    You understand that energy healing sessions and workshops provided by Presence Energy Healing are not substitutes for medical treatment or evaluations. You agree to seek appropriate professional care when necessary and not rely solely on these healing sessions for medical or mental health needs.

  4. Payment Responsibility:
    Payments for sessions or workshops are for the time and facilitation provided by Mike Dow through Presence Energy Healing, not for guaranteed results. You agree to be liable for any scheduled appointments unless rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

  5. Legal Compliance:
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida and the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be interpreted according to these laws.

  6. Consent and Waiver:
    By attending any session or workshop with Mike Dow and Presence Energy Healing, you agree to these terms and consent to engage in the healing process with full understanding of the potential outcomes.
